What do I do if one of the rocks quits working?
Call us at: 541.249.7217 8am to 5pm PDT. We will help you determine if it IS the rock at fault, or an accessory, such as a bad wire. If the rock is at fault, we will make arrangements for you to return it to the factory for warranty return or replacement.
Before calling us, we recommend that you unhook the suspected bad speaker and connect it to a wire that is known to be good and sounds like it should. This could save you the expense of returning it only to find out the speaker is good, but the wire is bad.
